By downloading, installing, or using Perilog ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Perilog is provided by an individual developer *(note: update if a registered company/LLC is later formed)*.

2. Description of service

Perilog is a personal symptom journal and wellness-tracking tool for perimenopause. It lets you log symptoms, cycle entries, moods, and notes, set reminders, and export your own data.

3. Not medical advice

Perilog is a personal symptom journal, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or predict any medical condition, and it is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider about your symptoms, diagnosis, or treatment, including hormone therapy decisions.

4. Subscriptions and purchases

Perilog offers the following in-app purchases via the App Store, processed through RevenueCat:

• Monthly subscription and Yearly subscription — auto-renewing subscriptions.
• Lifetime unlock — a one-time, non-consumable purchase (not a subscription; no renewal, no recurring charge).

• The title, length, and price of the subscription are disclosed to you at the point of purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price you agreed to.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings, after purchase.
• If Perilog offers a free trial, its length and terms will be disclosed at the time it is offered; any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited if you purchase a subscription during the trial period, where applicable.

5. Your content and exports

Journal entries you create belong to you and stay on your device. Perilog provides an export feature (PDF/CSV via the iOS share sheet) so you can share your data with a healthcare provider or others at your own discretion.
